• Junk Removal

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are based on the information provided by the client
• Final pricing may vary depending on the condition and size of the property
• In some cases, an in-person assessment may be required

4. Payments

We accept:

• Zelle
• Cash
• Check
• Venmo

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may affect future booking availability.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality service. If you are not satisfied:

• You must notify us within 24 hours
• We will return to address the issue at no additional cost

7. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

8. Liability

While we take care to provide professional service:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
• Clients must inform us of fragile or valuable items

Keila’s House Cleaning LLC operates with active insurance coverage.
